Privacy Policy

Cazimi (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a Mercury Retrograde tracker for iOS. We respect your privacy. This policy describes what data we use and how we handle it.
Data we collect and use
- Data you provide in the app: Optional date of birth (to derive your sun sign), notification preferences, and whether you add the widget. This data is stored only on your device (and in the app’s App Group for the widget). We do not send it to our servers.
- Subscriptions: If you subscribe to Cazimi Premium, payment and subscription status are handled by Apple and RevenueCat. We receive only whether your subscription is active (e.g. to unlock premium features). We do not store your payment details. See Apple’s and RevenueCat’s privacy policies for their practices.
- Support: If you contact us (e.g. at support@cazimi.live), we use your email and message content only to respond. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Data we do not collect
We do not collect your name, precise location, or any account login. The app works without creating an account. Astronomical and calendar data is computed on-device or from public sources; we do not track your usage of in-app screens or widgets for analytics.
Third parties
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect device and purchase-related data as described in their Privacy Policy. Apple’s App Store and related services are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Your rights
You can turn off notifications in the app or in iOS Settings. You can delete the app at any time; data stored on your device (including in the App Group) is removed with it. For subscription cancellation, use iOS Settings → Subscriptions. For questions or requests about your data, contact us at support@cazimi.live.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
